I specialize in technical writing, process documentation, knowledge management, content strategy, instructional design, content development, and docket management. My work covers everything from intake to publishing, and I pride myself on being a jack-of-all-trades on every writing team I have had the pleasure to join, taking the lead as documentation SME at two organizations.
